Roter Romania born to realize the mechanical processing of the production process and the assembly of a strategic product: chains. In the years 2003/2004 was not available in Romania buildings with European standards but just old, unhealthy buildings a fallen communist economy, therefore it was decided to build a new one with the same characteristics of establishments Italians. The plant in Romania was intended then, to realize chains at competitive prices for the market of manufacturers European and extra European.
In 2006 the establishment Romanian starts working, and will be installed n. 3 “Roter Machine Tools” for the complete machining of links for the chains, thanks to which in only 20 “is machined a pair of links.
The production of chains includes quenching, the complete processing of links and the assembly of the chains with and without soles. Over the years, thanks to the specialization of the company, they arrived to the average production of 1200 chains month.
In 2006 the factory Romanian starts working, and are installed 3 “Roter Machine Tools” for the complete machining of links for the chains, thanks to which in only 20 “is machined a pair of links. Monthly capacity 1200 chains month.
